Amplia habitación, el desayuno, wifi y la ubicación. Pudimos salir de la habitación a las 14:00h sin coste alguno gracias recepcionista Jac. Sin duda si vuelvo por esta zona repetiré.

TV no tiene internet y por lo tanto no es posible conectar tus aplicaciones de televisión

Front desk staff were fantastic!!!!

Parking and distance to drag your luggage was a little excessive. Lots of noise from mall and cinema at night.

Peaceful. Quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet

Nothing really..

The room was clean and tidy. It offered more facilities than rooms at similar prices. It is ideally located next to the train station, my method of arrival.

Good central location in Bradford. Clean accommodation. Breakfast decent. Great value.

Not much, if im honest i hated it

it’s dated, awful smell even from the furniture and pillows. Poor lighting in the room (only wall lights and one light near door) Plugs are far from bed Tv didn’t work Breakfast was horrible (we only had it once as it was not good) Staff don’t seem fussed about the poor experience it’s not their fault. They agreed the hotel stinks and said it’s due to a bear by meat arbiter and it’s always smelled. I asked why they don’t have air fresher they said they don’t have time for that! It was hot and the room had no water/ fridge/ only a small fan, you can’t open the window as it stinks. Towels and pillow smell of dog shit. Bathroom has no fan/ ventilation Although they say service dogs only I saw some with vests saying emotional support dogs who were jumping on the table and chairs whilst the owner was busy drinking and no one asking it to be kept by the owner. Some of my family were planning on extending their stay but booked cedar house and said it was nice/ clean and the same price… not to far so book there not here

Everywhere was very clean. Great location. Easy check in and out. Nice room. Comfy bed. And a pretty good brekky too.

A wee bit noisy at night with window open.

Location near to city centre

Too noisy traffic. Although parking is available but sometimes difficult to find the space.
