Holiday Inn Express Bradford City Centre by IHG

Loved the restaurant/bar, it wasn't to expensive for a hotel although there is many locals restaurants and shops if you prefer . The room was nice and comfortable size and super clear . Staff were great especially Jay at reception, seriously if you're there and Jay is working, say hi to the guy and buy him a drink after his shift , Dude deserves a raise.

The fact that even with the fan on, it was way to hot , but that's not the hotels fault . Jay jokingly told me that WWE is fake but that's ok, I can convert him .

The staff were helpful but that’s about it

Dated property, no air con in this hot weather, was given a tiny desk fan. literally 2 plugs in the room, first room the window didn’t open so got moved to another. The cot provided for my baby had a towel with a cloth on top. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Checked out after the first night and went to the premier inn down the road.

No phones in the rooms anymore. You have to go to reception to get any toiletries. My mums phone was stolen from the room. Informed the manager but not very good response. Poor management. Very disappointed with our stay.

Staff where always helpful to ensure comfort throughout our stay and all issues where addressed promptly

The need to pay for parking, parking should be included in the as part of hotel expense

Nice central location, with affordable parking nearby. £1.50 for 24 hours. Decent breakfast included.

No air conditioning in room, very hot room when we visited, 26 degrees. Small fan in room however didn’t really help cool room down.
