Water issue in shower. No hot water. Left some items the week before in my room by accident, they were never turned in. Stop playing infomercials in breakfast area in the morning and put on some news?

The hotel was nice, the room was good. The staff was very nice.

Breakfast, we came down about 8:15 . There were only 3 omelets, and they were setting too long. The sausages were overcooked and cold.

Clean, easy to get around. Convenient parking for free

Bed. We are in a handicapp accessible room Which was fine except for bed. A person in a wheelchair has a lot of difficulty getting into a bed that is 42 inches tall. Hotels should understand handicapped needs for everything. Bathroom was great. Bed poor. I had to borrow a step stool from family in order to safely get my sister from wheelchair to bed via picking her up. Not an easy task. Beds for handicapped people should be no taller than 26 to 28 inches tall. Tell corporate . And while you are at it, the shower seat was helpful but the shower head had a poor aim. Hand held shower head very good, but couldn’t shut off other shower head and had water in sisters face while using hand held.

Not Baymont's fault but much road construction in progress and even getting to the property for the first time was confusing. I suggest that Orbitz and/or Baymont send a message to guests w/ reservations warning them of what to expect and directions to the hotel.

Well, the construction around the area made it difficult to access, but you have no control over that. My main comment is that the bed is too high for short people like me. This happens a lot nowadays. Everyone loves the thicker mattress, but maybe a shorter box spring. Really, the bed was nearly waist high and difficult to get in and out of. Maybe a stepstool? Otherwise things were great.
