"Will come again !"

I truly loved the renovated rooms. Even brighter than before with great lighting and seating. The personal welcome message on the television was awesome to me and invited me to use the television to watch YouTube which I usually never do when travelling. As usual the space was fantastic and check-in was fast ! Thank you.

"TERRIBLE"

The Bed.

The Hotel had a horrible smell the minute you walked into the lobby. A couple of the phone plugs did not work in the room. Trying to connect with front desk to ask if there was a restaurant in the premises. Had to spend over $80 for a super late dinner as nothing was available near by, expense and horrible food Shuttle took forever to pick us up and were the last to be dropped, in the morning we were told to be at the lobby 5 mins before our pick up, driver shows up but goes inside to talk to the front desk staff, really? we have to get to the hotel. Wasted over $300 in a hotel room that we were only able to occupied for 4 HRS. plus $80 on a food that we were not able to eat. We could never come back to this hotel. R. & F. Momerelle
