All the staff were so friendly and helpful in any way possible. I couldn't fault them at all, I received better treatment there than in some 5* hotels. Exceptionally pleasant staff on reception, always willing to go that extra mile to help in any way possible. I left knowing my parents who continued to stay there were in safe hands and will be well looked after. I'd be more than happy to go back there.

The only thing I could fault was the neighbours dogs who barked quite a lot but I soon got used to it.
