Welcome Break Pet Friendly

Very comfortable clean well presented home. Quiet location. Beds were exceptionally comfortable for a rental. Our pets were welcome and they and we liked that they liked the rear and front gardens. We only stayed 4 nights instead of 5 booked, as I (Mrs) had a fall off a stool at hotel. Very painful. Got my foot caught. Our home is 2 story, so enjoyed one story.

We would have liked to be nearer the sea, but took into account the economy of this booking, as just a mini break, not far from home in San Remo. We use our car any way to move about.

the couches were a bit low and as it is part of rental to clean the floors etc perhaps between guests the vacuum could be checked for being blocked and a decent broom not the rubber one supplied also some spray and wipe for the bench tops and floor cleaner for mopping

Where to start? The place was filthy. Walking in we could feel our feet sticking to the tiled floors. Had to wear shoes inside. WE NEVER DO THAT NORMALLY. Dining table and coffee table were sticky and needed to be cleaned before they could be used. Kitchen crockery was made up by a large assortment of odd, good, cracked and chipped plates, cups etc... On arrival there was a used, damp bathroom towel left hanging in the bathroom. Bathroom Floor mat had not been changed. No doona covers provided. Paid extra for linen and towels as they are not provided as standard. No tea towel provided. Purched paper towel to wipe dishes. What looked like months of dust on headboard of main bed and bedside tables had to be cleaned before making the bed. Ran a damp cloth over the leather couches, filthy...! sat on towels the whole time. Carpets are filthy. Couldn't get to the washing machine without rearranging stuff in the laundry So didn't bother. Washing basket had rubbish, dust and hair in the bottom. Old 2nd hand sponge left under the kitchen sink sitting in a saucer of water. Had to go and purchase our own. Some kitchen draws just had junk in them. Place is full of cobwebs. Bedroom cupboards had left over or owners old crap in them. Including heaps of old pillows (with no covers). Front screen door had fallen off prior to our arrival, (Advised by managing real estate agent). We were told it would be refitted next morning. Never happened and never heard from agents again. Verandah had not been cleaned after what looked like a bunch of very muddy footed dogs had been running around all over it prior to our arrival. No wood provided for heating (slow combustion heater) therefore used electric heating the whole time. 2 out of 3 Wheelie bins were put out on the verge before our arrival, still there on departure 4 days later. I wheelie bin in the yard 3/4 full of other peoples un-separated rubbish. Left over products found in the kitchen freezer.

House was bigger than i thought and was value for money I believe

Dining table was dirty and sticky with some sort of substance.
