Picked this hotel because as a family of 5, we like one room with our littles. Other hotels around us tried to make us get two rooms. Easy 15min walk to Disneyland. Our housekeeper was sweet and kept our room looking brand new every day we returned.

The property was run down. It was just dirt in the flowerbeds. The ice machine was leaking into the walkway. There were cockroaches in our room. The front desk said sorry, it is warm so they come from the roof.

Staff was great and friendly. Thats unfortunately about it

The property was a mess due to them being in the middle of renovations. We had to be moved to another room which was a down grade due to a chirping smoke alarm that went off all night. When we got into the new room there was a black widow spider near the mini fridge cabinet. The mattress had a huge crease and was warped. Restroom had old faded toilet seats and it was just unappealing. The room was basically falling apart which is unacceptable for the rates I was charged.

Wat het meest beviel was de goede locatie. Dicht bij Disney, aan een goede weg en dichtbij verschillende leuke restaurants. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en welwillend om je te helpen. Parkeren was gratis en er was genoeg plek. Je betaald er niet veel voor, dus verwacht er ook niet veel van. Bedden waren goed en schoon. Wij hadden een hele ruime kamer met 2 slaapkamers op de begane grond tegenover het zwembad, wat het erg makkelijke maakte als je even bij het zwembad wilde zitten!

De badkamer was niet heel erg schoon. Of al een tijdje niet heel grondig schoongemaakt. Dat was jammer, want de rest van de kamer was wel schoon.
