It's immaculate the service 6* from the incredible Chief Concierge Samuel through all the Front desk,housekeeping and Skye Restaurant staff, With Fatima who is Just adorable. Sensational designed Rooms all amenities and for once in a hotel where you are a real person not just another guest passing through. Dinner ,car and transport arrangements handled immediately and the best ever at our arrival after in Rio a Thank You letter from the Hotel - that's totally Unique. I Camnot fault anything only A GIANT THANK YOU TO YOU ALL AT HOTEL UNIQUE - I have to come Back
