The rooms are well and truly in need of some attention. Everything is clean and supplied - it's just the wear and tear is really evident.

"Avoid. Grotty and in desperate need of maintenance and upgrade. Good location though."

This is probably one of the worst Accor branded properties I’ve ever stayed at. I get that it wasn’t a premium price hotel and would’ve put up with substandard furnishings however the thing that really got me was a grotty bathroom that looked like it really needed a proper maintenance and signs of mould. The hallways were also in really bad condition and the couch was super uncomfortable. I was so glad to get out of there after one night I would never stay there again.

The sofa bed was broken and unusable. On the 8th floor the music from nearby venues was loud through the night.

"It was ok, but probably won’t stay again!"

Great location - friendly and helpful staff onsite.

Lack of towels for guests! Had to chase up more next morning! Late night check in was difficult, hard to hear and understand. Was over charged by $1000 for bond fee. Got charged $150 then another $1050!!! Had to chase that up to fix! Again difficult to do as person on phone left me on hold for over 20 minutes. I dealt with it back at the location and staff were amazing! Ran out of hot water both mornings. Only three out of five got a shower as it was cold!!! No blankets or extra blankets for beds. It was cold for kids!
