Days Inn by Wyndham, Glen Allen - Richmond North

This was double the price of the surrounding budget hotels . I wrongly assumed it would be more upscale! Should have gone with the $89 place. Just not worth the money. Old tv. Sticky remote . Coffee machine was nice but styrofoam cups with no lids was annoying. Did not feel very welcomed by the grumpy man behind the counter who checked us in.

The room had a ripped couch and worn bathtub. It needed some updating.

there was NO Breakfast besides tea or coffee.....juice machine broken , nothing else offerred

Bedroom phone was disconnected, when we connected it to call front desk , they did not answer ...... went down stairs to ask about the breakfast was told 7-9AM , also mentioned about the phone and the clerk knew the room we were in , just didn't answer .....

The bed was comfortable and had a ceiling fan.

Heater was noisy and there was no clock on the nightstand.

Need to have cleaner sheets. The mattress wasn't comfortable. No snack machine

Will definitely stay there again.

The cleanliness was not good at all. I always check sheets amongst other areas of a room before I bring anything into a room. The both sheets had these spots on them. The bathroom floor had what appeared to be coffee spill on the floor, as if no cleaning had occurred in this room. At the front desk, I showed him pictures of my findings, and his response was we’ve be sold out all weekend, and the maid may have been rushing. So this is your justification for it not being cleaned. Got it. Note taken. Run me my money back. I’ll go somewhere else.
