Carpets stained

They said they had breakfast but that was a lie.

Transient people "hotelling" in the parking lot. No breakfast provided as stated in the description and by the front desk staff upon arrival. Dirty carpets and ice machine didn't work

The bed was the only thing positive. It was comfortable.

It was filthy dirty, the carpets were disgusting. There was no bedside lamp so I had to turn on the TV to go to the bathroom at night. It was run down and old, there was a ceiling stain in my room where you could tell that the floor above had leaked. It was very noisy. I will never stay here again. It should not be on booking.com. I stay using booking.com all of the time and have never been unsatisfied. Please remove it from booking.com so that others don't have to experience this hotel.

The staff is exceptional. Really appreciated the kind people on all shifts. They all should be rewarded for their efforts to make sure guests are comfortable and happy. The pool was wonderful and very nice. The location was perfect for us to attend the Special Olympics. Beds were comfortable.

The room we were given did not have a fridge or microwave in it. However, one phone call and the problem was taken care of. The bathroom sink was in really bad shape. Rust stains in it. It needs to be replaced. The elevator has some problems. It closes the door really quick and is difficult to stop. This could hurt someone if not able to make it stop. I know there is probably not anything that can be done about the homeless people living in the parking lot next door but that was kind of scary. However, staff offered to go out with us if we wanted it. Our room had a table with no chairs. We asked for chairs and were given one. We had four people in the room. We made due with it though. The lady helping us seemed to have a hard time moving things and we did not want her to do anymore and cause something to happen to her. Breakfast was served in paper lunch bag. All foods were high in sugar and no options for someone who has dietary needs. We were thinking there would be oatmeal and toast or something like that and perhaps some fruit. It was fine and we made it work but one reason we came here was for the free breakfast. I hope this changes.

Place was dungy. Carpets worn out and unclean. Breakfast was only available by asking front desk. Then given a brown bag of items to take to room.

The fact that when I needed recovery they were there.

That other addicts didn't recover fully in the hotel and I can testify against them if necessary since my partner was the only one that was able to fully get me home to Iowa and back and now Dozer is born and we're the farthest in our recovery life that we have ever been.

Nice clean Rooms and soft beds

Was supposed to be a hot breakfast we got a brown bag carry out special..😡 and The Pool was down Our entire visit

Everyone was very helpful, patient, and the rooms were cleaned well. Would definitely stay again.
