The location and the facility are both great.

1. The hotel offers nothing truly distinctive or very special thats why it lose one score. 2. When I requested an early check-in at 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM, I received a message from the hotel stating it would be difficult to accommodate the request and suggesting I book an extra night in advance just to guarantee early chick in! It is the first time I have ever seen a suggestion to book an extra night simply to check in an hour or two early; it is ridiculous. I wonder how management views us; perhaps they are in the habit of making this suggestion to previous guests? I am paying for a full 24-hour period, so give me what I paid for without cutting a quarter of the day from my booking. 3. The housekeeping staff left the garden door open for two consecutive days, forcing me to put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and forgo housekeeping services entirely. You really need to teach your staff the importance of attention to detail. That’s why I didn’t give the 3 points and it become 7/10

Staff at front desk was wonderful! Dining room staff was less so.

Beautiful resort spread out over considerable amount of acres beautiful to see, BUT almost impossible for elderly to even reach the rooms with luggage because no aid is available. The staff went out of their way to help by having my lunch delivered to our chalet even though lunch has no delivery, but I was confined to out rooms because of my age, disability and distance.

It was just what I needed. It felt like a home not a hotel.

I really can’t think of anything that I didn’t like

The pink house we stayed in. My daughters absolutely loved it and so did I. The ducks came to say hello at our door every morning. The Kids Club is amazing. The pools, gym, little arcade games. The outdoor area is fabulous. Everything was brilliant and the staff are lovely. We will definitely be back
