La ubicación y el trato de todo el personal, siempre fueron muy amables y atentos, también la seguridad me agradó, a cierta hora de la noche cierran la puerta y hay guardias vigilando. Las instalaciones también son muy agradables.

Aunque en general todo se veia limpio, la primera vez que entré al baño habia papel en la taza y parecia que lo habian usado, fue mi único inconveniente.

El jacuzzi y el agua estaban limpias

Que la tele es obsoleta, no cuentan con Smart tv por lo cual no pudimos poner música además de que no había control

La ubicación, solo que de noche hay zonas de riesgo alrededor. Hace falta ventilación

1. El personal trata muy mal a los huéspedes, todo te cobran el uso del control para la tv, el uso de plancha., en particular dos hombres un señor más joven que el otro pero.bos tratan mal, muy cuadrados. 2. No hacen el aseo a diario y el baño huele muy mal, con hongos o malas condiciones, incluyendo cambio de toallas, rollo, basura, etc. 3. Te cobran por el uso del control de tv, la plancha 4. Te piden el NIP personal pará el uso de la TERMINAL PUNTO DE VENTA, el cristal obstaculiza el trato directo con el cliente, 5. No es de ambiente familiar puesto que van muchas parejitas y en ocasiones personas con muy mal aspecto como muy sugestivas sexualmente. 6. El restaurante tiene precios muy caros y el lugar junto con el baño están muy oscuros, descuidados parece una cueva 7. Falta mayor calidad y calidez, higiene 8. La cama es excesivamente dura y almohadas no funcionan, sábanas y cobijas huelen mal.

No tiene ventiladores, ni aire acondicionado y micho menos alguna forma de evitar moscos las tres noche no pudimos dormir, el pasillo que lleva a la habitación que me toco no tenía luz
