Tolle Lage, sehr zentral, aber nicht ganz im Hotspot der Menschenmassen und Partyviertel

Toilette war noch komplett dreckig, Küchenlicht hatte einen Wackelkontakt, Ausstattung war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu wenig Sauberkeit und Pflege. Sieht auf den Fotos moderner aus als in der Realität.

En general todo ,esperaba por el precio algo un poco mejor ,incómodo para subir las escaleras para llegar al piso ,por ser estrechas y al principio llenas de cubos de pintura vacíos y allí están no tienes espacio para subir bien , ni bajar , es bastante estrecho y viejo , en fin será la zona que son edificios antiguos sin reformas , el apartamento por dentro no me termino mucho en las fotos se vio mejor , pero en fin es lo que hay en Portugal 🇵🇹 😘😘 los dueños muy atentos y muy limpio 🧼

Good afternoon.  We would like to leave our feedback about these appartement.  My husband and I were in Portugal for the first time and started our journey through this beautiful country from the city of Porto.  There we rented appartement in the city center for 4 nights at a cost of 360 euros.  We were very pleased with the appartements.  All photos correspond to reality.  Everything inside was clean and tidy.  Nice clean furniture and windows, lovely new bathroom.  After spending an unforgettable time in this beautiful city, we went to Lisbon.  Since Lisbon is the capital, we knew that in order to get the same appartements in Lisbon as in Porto, we had to pay more, and we were looking for more expensive appartement.  We found this apartment on booking.com.  The photos were very beautiful, bright, pleasant and cozy, with a beautiful view from the window, which played a key role in the choice.  Opening the door and going inside we were shocked.  The rest of the day was ruined as the room didn't match their photos.  It was quite dark inside, although it was a bright sunny day and not a single cloud.  Everything looks old and worn out.  Dirt and dust in the corners.  Broken tiles, sockets sticking out, wires and pipes wrapped with tape.  The walls are almost everywhere dirty and greasy, especially near the bed.  The laundry smells strongly of chlorine.  The scent lasted all 4 days.  The refrigerator worked, but the whole was rusty and rotten.  The pans and kettle were all scratched and covered in grease.  The hood on the stove didn't work.  There was no desire to cook in such a kitchen.  The worst part of the room is the sofa.  It was terrible to imagine what happened on it before us.  All stained under the pillow is dirt and hair.  Chewing gum marks on the chair.  The curtain holder in the bathroom will soon fall off, there is mold in the corners.
