The location is great, the accommodation is very clean, and the host is very flexible with check-in and check-out times.

The room is very small, but unfortunately it is extremely difficult to keep warm. The bathroom has two large windows with poor insulation, which causes significant heat loss. Even with heating, the temperature drops quickly and feels cold, especially in winter. Friends staying in accommodations at a similar price level had much better thermal comfort, so this was disappointing. Potential guests who are sensitive to cold should take this into consideration.

Getting to the apartment from the airport is easy — just take the metro and get off at São Bento. From there, it’s a short walk of about 5 minutes. The building is well signposted and very easy to find, which makes arrival completely stress-free. The building also feels very safe and has an elevator, adding extra convenience. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Everything was spotless, and the internet worked flawlessly throughout my stay. It’s a very quiet place, ideal for resting. The bed linens and pillows are excellent, and the heating works perfectly on cold days. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, main attractions, and everything you may need. Communication with the host was smooth, fast, and very friendly. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place I would definitely recommend.
