PlanURstay - Mississauga Downtown Square One

Excellent property, clean, organized, awesome views.

Just a bad stay overall...I would never book back there.

To find a nice condo is a nice way to spend a vacation. This wasn't it. This was absolutely disappointing. Bedding and dishes were dirty, stained mattresses, master bedroom bed was broken, towel rack was missing, shower rod held on wall by being stuff tight with paper towel, burnt electrical outlet, bathroom door that doesn't close, broken lamp switch, no towels whatsoever, sparse kitchen utensils/bowls/cups, curtains, smoke alarm that was taped ....etc....but if a picture says a thousand words, then hoping I can add some pictures here.

The property was a luxury apartment located on Penthouse floor. The view was fantastic along with the surrounding area which was all walking distance: mall, gorcery, dining, galleries, etc. Everything was very clean besides a few smudges on the glass windows. The check-in process was a little confusing at first. It's contactless. So you park. Find the room youre staying in. Grab the key. And that's it. The only thing about the room. The air conditioning didn't seem to get very cold. Not a big deal since you could simply open a window or balcony door for the time of year we went. And little things like kitchen knives were dull. There was no spatula or sheet pan for baking. Quality of furniture is decent. Literally, that's it. Everything else was outstanding. I would easily recommend staying here. You can't find better value elsewhere. I would stay again within a heartbeat. It's a very nice area with a ton of activities to do. Don't pass up on this one!

The place was very pleasant and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The pictures of the property did not match the one we stayed, however the facilities were as described and the place we stayed was actually larger. The place was quite clean and located in a great area, very close to the mall. There wasn't a large number of amenities and dishes but it was still sufficient. The host was very helpful and was easy to reach. Also really appreciated having parking being made available to use in the underground parking lot. Would be happy to stay again.

We were “upgraded” to a two bedroom apartment in a different building. A reason was not given for the change. This apartment was the dirtiest place we have ever seen! Rusty fixtures, stained carpet, mold & dust next to the refrigerator, an order and more. We could not sleep there and left after a few hours. A refund was guaranteed after communicating with the rental representative. So far the refund has not been received.

The floor was not cleaned properly The dishes in the cupboard were not cleaned properly and we had to re-wash them The towels were still in the dryer and not finished yet. We had to wash the bed covers before using them For 6 nights there were just one toilet paper roll in each washroom

It was great and nice

Pleasant experience, clean facility, great hospitality. The view was amazing. As we were a family of five we appreciated having 2 bathrooms and the bedroom privacy. We also enjoyed the access to underground parking. Wonderful experience overall and would definitely return.
