"Not very pleasent."

The only person that was nice and resourceful was Ciera, she did her best to help me out with my concerns.

I did ask for a wheelchair, and they said it was not available all along

Dee at the front desk was amazing! She was kind and welcoming. The property was very clean! Rooms are spacious. It was also nice to be away from the chaos of the strip.

"I will return there, we enjoyed our time."

It was so comfortable and clean. They give you anything that you need. Coffee is available all the time at lobby.

Its breakfast was very repetitive every day and we were there during the holidays and rush days and the service was so weak.

The pool area and staff were nice.

The rooms were old and a little tired. The taps in the bathroom were not secured properly to the wall and the bathroom needed updating. The breakfast foods were lower grade food products and packed with sugar.

Very clean, away from busy strip, wonderful pool, hot tub and fire pit. Great hot breakfast every day

The bathroom door in our room were barn door type - no latch or any way to lock it. There was also a gap and sometimes it would slide open while you’re on the toilet… that’s the only complaint really. Everything else was excellent
