Närheten till företaget vi besökte. Fin skog strax bakom hotellet för promenad/löpning.

Nu var det ju extremt varmt perioden jag var där, men även normala sommardagar hade varit jobbiga då de flesta rummen saknar AC. Dessutom mycket trafik och bensinångor från bensinstation som ligger vägg i vägg med hotellet, så mycket oväsen och dofter då fönstret stod öppet.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage genommen ! War Super grade bei dem Wetter, um 3 Uhr waren es nich 27 Grad draußen.

Die Aufenthaltsräume in der Lobby waren zu warm.

"Eine Zumutung, rate stark davon ab hier zu übernachten!"

Es war alles schrecklich

Der Mitarbeiter war schon am Telefon unfreundlich als ich nach 24/7 Check-in und Verfügbarkeit vor dem buchen gefragt hatte, beim Check-in um 2:00 Uhr morgens vor Ort war er es auch. Bei einer Hotel Kette wie Accor für 105 € / Nacht ein altes ekliges Zimmer mit tropischen Temperaturen ohne Klima zu bekommen ist eine Zumutung. Hatte eine Schreckliche Nacht und ab 08:00 Uhr morgens hatte das Zimmer schon 28 Grad. Um 08:15 wurde ich vom Zimmerservice geweckt. Das Frühstück war unhygienisch und unordentlich präsentiert und schon vor Schluss wurde alles weckgeräumt und es kam Personal aus allen Ecken um selbst dort zu Frühstücken. Habe die Temperatur im Zimmer und die Vorfälle mit dem Personal angesprochen - es gab keine Form von Entgegenkommen.

Frühstück sehr gut, Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr zuvorkommend und nett

Zimmer wurde trotz Aufforderung nicht gereinigt, Handtücher wurden trotz persönlicher Bitte nicht gewechselt. Auf unserer Bitte hin, die Minibar einzustellen, warten wir noch heute. Das Zimmer roch sehr alt oder muffig, Gardinen waren mehr als schmutzig. Unser Zimmer war nach hinten gelegen, wodurch es die ganze Nacht unmöglich laut war, da sich sowohl eine Tankstelle, mit Waschanlage als auch MAc Drive befanden und diese durchgängig geöffnet hatte.
