"Didn’t stay. Cancelled reservation and was told money would be refunded back to my credit card."

Nothing

I cancelled my reservation once I opened the door to the assigned room. It smelled so bad I couldn’t stay. Was to be a non smoking room and it smelled of smoke and other odors.
