Bugs and burns on bed and stains in tub

Check in was easy as i had done a pre-check in before arrival. The room was clean, ammenities were available. Microwave and refrigerator were available. Bed was comfortable.

We didn't eat breakfast

The dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom & also in a corner of the main toom

We checked in super later (like 1 am) we got to the room it smelt like someone had smoked cigarettes in there for YEARS and like it hasn’t been aired out, or cleaned. We didn’t even stay the night. We put the key card down and left. It was making us gag that’s how bad it smelled.

This location does not have a working pool, there is one on the premises but they haven't used it in years just says closed for the season. The A/C was great! There was a small gap in our door that some bugs were able to get in. The staff was friendly and the price was fair for the immediate unexpected trip we needed to make.

I booked this motel because it has a pool.. then we show up and it was closed…. Had spiders in room..

There were bugs all over the room. Also fiddleback and wolf spiders. The room had not been cleaned we found various spots where there were things that did not get picked up. At checkout the workers were completely and utterly rude to us and we were told that if we wanted to stay again that it would be a total of 280 plus dollars. Consisting of a $200 local deposit fee and $60 plus taxes on the room. This was because the workers claimed that I was local and I am not I used to live 15 miles out of town but recently relocated. That's why our address on the ID we used was out of town and not local. I was told that they knew me so therefore they didn't care I'd have to pay a $200 deposit. For the way the room looked as dirty as it was and with the two housekeepers being rude the next day at checkout it was an utter disaster. However the man who checked us in was completely nice and was very helpful with the entire check-in.

Breakfast was excellent, good selection.

Pool wasn't open.
