"Crack ally"

Crack pipe in window broken glass from pipe all over room in carpet I tried to get a parshall refund but I had to check out to do that and I couldn't I was on a time scheduled and no extra time for packing up and relocating I feel they should have done something it smells so bad there my mom could barely breathe in the room maybe mold

Location was good for our stay here and close to shopping. The room was nice and the beds were good. Breakfast was the usual mix of hot and cold item that you see at other similar places. No frills and what we needed

One of the lamps in the room didn't work
