1.地理位置-離瀨長島很近 2.附近餐廳算多走路5分鐘內有燒肉店、韓式料理店、全家便利商店。 3.櫃台人員很客氣，床也很好睡（樓下是客廳、廚房和廁所浴室；樓上是2間獨立的房間，每間各有2張雙人床） 4.櫃台處還有免費的膠囊咖啡機跟茶 5.廚具蠻齊全的(但沒有調味料需自備 6.有預留車位

1.洗衣機與烘衣機是投幣式的、在1樓 2.沙發位子偏少 3.有落地窗，但是整個貼起來看不到外面，無法先得知外面天氣，需要出去看才知道
