"Worse hotel stay for us ever!"

Breakfast was good.

When we checked in, our room was not clean. Beds were made with dirty sheets, blood on the bed frame, floor and bathroom mirror. Bath tub was dirty. I had to remake our bed with clean sheets that the hotel provided. The pool was down half the stay.

Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. Very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked.

Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Bathroom not as clean as the rest of the room. Had to request additional towels and coffee.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choices, hot and flavorfull

Front staff was rude during check in. Stated I didn’t have reservations when in reality I did. I had to get another team member because attitude was poor. I almost left without utilizing my reservation because of poor customer service.
