Overall cleanliness, our sink in our bathroom wouldn't drain and once it got to a certain level, it would overflow from under the counter all over the floor. We called the desk during the night shift bc the people in the room next to ours were smoking pot and it could strongly be smelled in our room because of the conjoined rooms. All the night shift employee could say was he could smell anything bc he had a horrible sense of smell. Offered to split my family up and allow my wife to go stay in another room with our 9 week old because it only had one king bed and we had 2 others in our room that had a sofa bed that they were sleeping on. I've had better stays at cheaper hotels. Do a better job, especially for the prices it costs for families who are traveling for their child's sporting events.

Ants in the room, human hair on the sheets, blood spots on toilets and carpet. No security at front desk late at night, front doors are left unlocked and no one at the front desk. I will not stay there again.

Well appointed room, and bed was very comfortable. Both room, hallway, and entrance look well maintained and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the easy check out process on the TV. Only one negative: a senior citizen like myself would appreciate a taller toilet in non-handicapped rooms.

The sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain. The smoke detector went off at random times on Friday night, and most of Saturday until they physically removed it from our room. I would think a regular I’m WITH a working smoke detector would’ve been the way to go but it was not offered.
