Super 8 by Wyndham Ajax/Toronto On

This hotel we got flooded our second night after the flood they still demanded payment after we were kept up till four in the morning. It was the most worst experience. The one of the hotel staff was even demanding that I paid back the deposit or leave they were literally harassing me and but we were kept up till four in the morning when I should’ve had a comped room.

Would like to show you a couple videos, terrible experience.

The room was perfect.

This stay was a complete nightmare. The place was run down, dirty and falling apart. They have the audacity to charge people money for the disgusting condition. A deposit of $200 was taken in the event of damage. How? The place is falling apart. How would one determine damage upon check out? The service was friendly. We ran out to buy cleaning products to make it through the night. We were offered another room in the very same condition. The entire place should not be in business. The filters in the ac/heating unit were so clogged it was inoperable. There was blood (?) On the wall. The carpeting had clearly not been vaccumed. When painted, they did so over the trim and outlets. The amount of dust causes made the TV look white and not black. The accumulation of urine around the toilet was something I had never seen before. (Dark and crusty). The bathroom doors were cracked. We had such a long day at work that there wasn't any time to go elsewhere. Instead of going to sleep we had to find a place to buy cleaning products. Random pieces of drywall just laying around in the hallway There have to be standards. This was a horror, like a bad prank

No respect for customers and a lack of knowledge of how to accommodate customers!!!

Okay place to stay for the night, do not expect too much as they seem very understaffed.

I rented two rooms for friends from Japan. At checkin they said noises I had only 1 room despite shouting g them a payment receipt for two from hotels.com. Thankfully hotels helped One of my friends woke in the middle of the night to a torrent of water pouring into him from above. Both friends rooms were flooded and all their clothing and belongings were wet. The staff were reluctant to give them an alternative room and were very accusatory. When we talked about some form of compensation they refused and said use your own insurance. Never again will I stay at a super 8 or Wyndham
