"Excellent"

This property is quicklie accessible from the 401, but not too close! The town of Ajax is very nice and has beautiful lakeside parks to walk through. There are a number of good restaurants nearby with affordable prices. The hotel is reasonably priced, provides a good complimentary continental breakfast, and offers a nice pool and exercise facility.

"STAY AWAY !!"

If I could give a 0 i would… The room was STINKYY and FILTHYYY! Dirt on the walls, on the floor, poorly renovated. The couch in the room has MASSIVE stains, smelled bad and overall was disgusting. We found stains on the bed sheets. When we asked to get new ones, the new ones had even more stains. When we told the front desk politely if we could get new ones and showed it to them , they gave us attitude and told us they maybe didn’t have any clean ones. Room service was barely existent and we had to change the bed ourselves. No new towels or toilet paper. The only good thing was the comfort of the bed and the pool. Overall, awful stay and experience

Glass shower door kept getting off its tracks had to put it back in place every time u would move it weight of it was 50 lbs . Air conditioning filters were so dirty air wouldnt go through very dirty we had to clean it ourselves.

Several issues in our room such as stains on the couch, a funky smell, no toilet paper holder, bedroom TV didn't work, the cable box was dangling by the power cord, the pillows were oddly shaped and uncomfortable, no place to hang towels, a vent regularly blew some sort of dust from the vents onto the table and floor, and the advertised "climate control" was a window unit (thermostat was not connected).

That couch stunk like pee and had visible stains all over it. We had to cover it with towels so we could sit and eat a take in supper. We had some guy in the lobby begging for change...we did not feel comfortable with him in the lobby...disappointing
