The cleanliness, flexible checkin and comfort.

Unfortunately there was a toilet leakage, the building entrance was very confusing went on search for 5-10mins. Parking was not comfortable as it was in a slope.

The rooms were excellent, spacious and well maintained. The host upgraded me and my guests to executive suite. which was unexpected and greatly welcomed. Electronic access for late night arrivals is greatly welcomed and clear instructions made weary travellers happy. The breakfast was great, healthy and very wholesome. Did not expect that for the amount of money paid, so definitely much higher value for money,. The host provided quality ritual bath products, very heavenly. Highly recommended for a quick stop in Zagreb and then onward travel to the rest of beautiful Croatia.

There are two ways to access the property, GPS takes you behind the property, so its best to use the main road access. Host anticipated this and wrote clear instructions on how to reach property, much appreciated for midnight arrivals.

Breakfast was ok, we are vegetarian and not option.

AC was not working, not enough items in kitchen. No soap to clean dishes, and no wheelchair accessible path. Carrying luggage was tough job. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been definitely better.

Nice room, great amenities, the mattress is amazing

The shower was poorly designed, the courtain sticks to you while showering, plus a lot of water gets in to the bathroom.
