QUARTO GELADO. PASSAMOS FRIO 13 graus a noite e ar quente do ar NÃO EXISTE NÃO FUNCIONA - e o anúncio não diz que não tem ar quente .. ar condicionado é p funcionar das duas maneiras ou então avisa .. ofereceram ontem à noite uma estufa pequena ( seca o ar) não da ! Pena pq o resto estava ótimo

Todo perfecto en el hotel y con dos empleados que son un 10 Hemant que se molestó en acompañarnos a solucionar un problema con un auto alquilado a booking (no alquilen por este medio) aunque no se solucionó estamos muy agradecidos por su bien de persona gracias , y por supuesto a Marta que tengas la mejor fiesta

"Good 1-night stay in central Frankfurt"

Location to good restaurants and to S- and U-bahn stations. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in ahead of time AND got a 1-hour extra time to check out without cost.
