The breakfast and the beds were fine. Location was at a silent but centric place in town.

We had to kill around 15 black flies in the room. They were swarming there. There were more in the corridor and in the terrace so they might be coming from either one of them or both. The other room we booked didn't have that issue. Our terrace had food crumbles on the floor, so maybe they were coming to that. It's a shame that we didn't get to use the terrace because of that issue. I hope they fix that part.
