I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Little Rock, and the hospitality really stood out. Orlando and Randius went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—they were friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything I needed. A big shoutout as well to Ra, the shuttle driver, who was incredibly prompt and made getting around super easy. The quick shuttle service was a huge plus and made the whole experience even smoother. Overall, the staff here truly made the difference. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again!

She is professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure every event runs smoothly. Orlando and Damion at the front desk greet you every single time with warmth and energy that sets the tone the moment you walk through the door. And Tonya in catering and the kitchen is always helpful, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. What impresses me most is their consistency. Every Sunday, I walk in knowing it will be handled — and on the rare occasion something isn’t quite right, the response is immediate, solutions-focused, and completely professional. That kind of reliability is rare, and it doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a reflection of a team that genuinely cares. Holiday inn presidential is a great place to stay. It has a bar, restaurant and rooms to accommodate your families needs. Orlando was at the front desk tonight and words can't explain how helpful he is. Every time I come through that door he has a big smile as he greets me asking how my day was. I will always choose Holiday inn presidential for my home away from home.
