If you manage to get through the shock of the entrance, the room is quite good for the cost. It's decently clean (although not the best), beds are fine, AC works well. If you don't need to interact with the front desk, should be fine.

The checkin process is quite a mess. The entrance is tiny making the place seem like a 2 star hotel. We were asked to manually do the entry into a register which made no sense to me. There's no lift so you need to climb a flight of stairs to reach a tiny tiny desk which acts like the reception. Super weird. Oh and also, it's hopeless trying to reach out to the hotel via phone as it gets directed to some random automated system.

The Hotel was nice and great view and also here hotel staff was awesome it is very help full for the guest ....

The Bathroom was ok. Couldn't figure out if the Hot Water was working. But Bathroom was Clean. Water Pressure lacking. Toiletries satisfactory.

The Reception was terrible and rude. The Manager seemed all wound up and rude and staff poorly trained. Wouldn't accept Credit Card saying the Flood had destroyed the Machine. Wanted full personal details to be written out in the ledger which was open to inspection by anyone! Very combative and least welcoming! Have to climb up and down steep flight of Stairs to access the tiny Reception Desk. Not suitable for those with luggage or older people or people with disabilities. The walls of the room were a bit dirty. The TV refused to Function as the Subscription had not been renewed. After 45 minutes of fussing finally one Channel was found that I could watch. CNBC in Hindi. Check Out was non-existent. No Staff at Reception. I thought I had booked a Breakfast Option on Booking.com but the Fab.com App showed No Breakfast Option.

The security let me check-in at 12am and this place is very close to the railway station.

I had a very disappointing stay at FabHotel Express in Vadodara. I booked this property expecting at least basic cleanliness standards from this hotel chain, even if I wasn’t expecting high-end facilities. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met. The hotel room was in terrible condition—the sheets and bathroom towels were visibly dirty and felt unwashed. The room itself was filthy, with dust, stains, and chipping walls. To make matters worse, the rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear loud disturbances from neighboring rooms, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. The staff lacked courtesy and professionalism, adding to the frustration. I am shocked that Booking.com rates this as a 3-star hotel—this is highly misleading and does not reflect the reality of the stay. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you’re expecting a clean stay at a budget.

Pathetic hotel, not at all matches with the photos, no proper restaurant, takes too time to get the order and deliver is next level, they charge for each and everything, no proper service, my breakfast was free, even after showing them in the application they did not gave me the breakfast, they don't even have a card machine, which is below par, pls do not even think of booking this hotel

Honest review: I was with family including senior citizens. Still we were made to wait for almost 40 minutes before rooms were allotted. Reception guy asked me to fill the entire form by hand for all 4 people despite that I gave all documents. No room service at all. The corridor and passage barely had light. Bathroom door was opening half only and toilet hand shower barely had any pressure. Yellow lights gave a feeling of depression. Except that bathroom & room was somewhat clean, and bed size is good, nothing else is good. Service pathetic!!
