La ubicación del hotel, el desayuno, la cama muy cómoda.

Pésimo servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al hotel. El transportista, quien es un proveedor del hotel nos dejo esperando dentro de la camioneta por 40 min y nunca nos llevó al hotel, nos tuvimos que salir e ir por nuestros propios medios. No son claros en decir cual ni como es el transporte que llevará al hotel, comprendo que es un proveedor externo del hotel sin embargo ofrecen ese servicio, podrían tener mas cuidado.

El hotel cumple, el personal es muy atento. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. En general, una estancia necesaria, pero agradable. Sólo dos grandes inconvenientes: La unidad de Aire Acondicionado, demasiado ruidosa y el tiempo de preparación de los alimentos del restaurante podría ser un poquito más rápida. No es mejor de la cadena, sin embargo, es una apuesta segura en ciudad del Carmen
