The cleanliness and condition of the room did not meet the standards we expect from previous stays at Holiday Inn Express. The bottom of the bathtub was dirty, there were hairs around the bathtub and the sink. The sofa in the foyer had an unsightly tear in the upholstery.

"Couldn't wait to get out of this hotel"

It was a place to lay your head, thats about it.

You didn't even check in with a human, it's over a kiosk with a person on the screen. I was told my deposit would be able to be waived but had to pay in full for deposit at arrival. The pool was dirty, and mold all around windows seal. The little old lady who serves breakfast at least it was the same lady both days my family and I were there is extremely rude beyond belief. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

The staff was very friendly. However the hallways were extremely hot. The bathroom needs to be updated. There was mold around the tub caulking. The room had an odor to it. Probably the rug I don’t know. It was a stale moldy odor. Definitely not worth the money I paid!
