Counter service rude!!!! Told one attendant about a mess I laundromats including a lot of sand, and my almost slipping, over an hour later nothing was better. The night we got there the women would not even come out of her dark room and when there was a problem she just said “teak that why we don’t recommend booking. Com. I had to trouble shot myself because as she said I don’t know anything about that stuff. Professional was lacking to say the least

"Overall a good stay"

The breakfast was good. The location wasnt bad. We stay there before for baseball.

The only issue was that the room smelled wet.

"Going to stay at another hotel next time"

Shower leaking and getting water everywhere. Maintenance wasn’t around to fix. Extremely disappointed and will probably be staying at another hotel when we come back. We should have been offered a partial refund.
