La ubicación es perfecta, muy fácil de llegar. El desayuno es bufette y estuvo muy rico, tiene mucha variedad y la vista desde el restaurante es espectacular.

Hay 4 elevadores para 19 pisos, de esos 4, uno no funcionaba. El problema mayor es que llegando a un determinado peso el elevador simplemente ya no se mueve, así que si vas en familia, se deben ir en grupos diferentes porque no aguanta el peso, además que es muchísima la demanda y tardas hasta 1 hora en lograr salir con maletas y familia... El valet parking tardó casi 3 horas en entregar nuestro auto a la hora del check out, fue desesperante primero tardar 40 minutos en bajar desde el piso 12 y luego esperar 2.5 horas para recibir el auto

Que estaba a pie de playa

El cuarto que tiene vista a las montañas en realidad es vista a la avenida con mucho ruido de taxis colectivos pitando y camioneros tocando el claxon todo el día, el olor de la habitación era de trapo mojado, el elevador mareaba mucho supongo por mala calibración de velocidad, el personal del Bar quería vendernos los hielos para la leche de la bebé, esperamos a que fuera lunes para usar el tobogán de la alberca debido a que el fin de semana estaba super lleno y sorpresa el lunes cierran la alberca por remodelación, el agua de la alberca de niños estaba turbia, al bañarse el agua se salía de la coladera que está abajo del lavabo e indundaba la habitación con mal olor.
