La gentilezza del personale.

L’albergo un po’ freddo e poi se c’è una spa dev’essere accessibile a tutti altrimenti quando uno prenota deve essere specificato che può essere usata solamente con prenotazione ed una persona alla volta.

hotel moderno di gradevole aspetto

pulizia delle camere scadente, condizionatore non utilizzabile, perchè guasto, mancanza di insonorizzazione, poca attenzione nella sala colazione, dove vengono a mancare i prodotti, senza che il personale se ne accorga e provveda al reintegro.

Il bagno, lavandino bidè e wc praticamente attaccati…. Il bidè era praticamente inutilizzabile. La colazione per un 4 stelle non ci è sembrata all’altezza, poca scelta e poca attenzione nel riassorbimento dei prodotti.
