"Good"

Reservation was for wrong hotel. Piccadilly airport was the desired hotel. No fix was offered by the hotel and I had to pay for 2 hotels the same night. Very bad 👎 situation and I don't intend to use hotels.com in the future.

It’s a lovely facility. The room was large and comfortable and at a great price. The staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Although the room was cleaned, țhere were a few spots that needed extra cleaning.

EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR SHOPPING AND DINING...EASY ACCESS TO MAJOR FREEWAYS..HELPFUL STAFF..BEAUTIFUL FACILITY..SWIMMING POOL..FREE LAUNDRY

FOR THE PRICE OF A COMPARIBILE ROOM AT ANOTHER HOTEL...IT WOULD BE TWICE THE PRICE...SO I GUESS I DIDN'T DIS-LIKE ANYTHING..

"Not a very pleasant experience"

Cleanliness of room; microwave and coffee pot that worked for hot water too.

Sink had defective part and wouldn't drain, and while staff said they would send someone to fix it while I was out, when I got back after more than 2 hours, it still had not been fixed. I had to call again and tell them to send someone ASAP, and even then the staff tried to put me off. Ultimately, it got fixed. Breakfast ended too early on the weekend. And staff shooed us out of the breakfast area so they could clean while we were sitting there, after having eaten. Water pressure was very low.
