The view stunning, the room was clean, The problem was Lack of communication about the services they provided, example no hot water we had to ask, to clean room we had to ask, breakfast they ran out and would not get more, to be honest it felt like they did not cared about the service they provided because if they did they would be proactive and not just do the bare minimum, that it was how it came across, lovely place, best one in the area, needs better management and an overhaul done if not there would not be repeat customer, and sincerely has lots of potential, will come back when things are revamped.
