The front desk staff was amazing, very nice and prompt. The hotel was quiet and clean and our stay was very comfortable.

Online our room said it could sleep four people but that wasn't the case. The staff brought us a rollaqay bed for our kids and that helped but the room was a bit cramped.

Cold room..hard to get warm with the heating system. The charges to my account got doubled. Delay in money taken from my account to be credited. I had already paid for the room thru 3rd party. Delay on additional charge of 30.00 for sundries never purchased.

The staff was exceptional. They were courteous and attentive to your needs. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was extremely relaxing.

Not much to say here. If anything, there was no meat (bacon or sausage) offered with the free breakfast. I do not consider sausage gravy a meat. The only other suggestion I have is better signage from the street to enter the facility. We passed it the first time and had to turn around.
