Fairfield Inn by Marriott Lexington Park Patuxent River Naval Air Station

Everything. The receptionist was so kind when we arrived after a long HOT day of travel. She got us a carton of milk so we could have a cereal snack (we arrived between 8:30 and 9 pm). Close to Calvert Cliffs for fossiling.

Our experience was not indicative of our usual Marriott stays as the king bed sunk in the middle and the air conditioner made a terrible racket all night long, including a slow dying sequence. That being said, when we notified the staff, they were quick to make sure to check everything out. They said they would have changed rooms for us, but it was late in the evening by the time we figured all of this out. The breakfast was great and had many options, including oat milk for those that are lactose intolerant. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I would check out the AC and bed first before I got comfortable.

As a Titanium Marriott Rewards member I travel a lot for pleasure and business. The manager Felicia and the building porter Brandon Morris went over and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service and address all of our needs and concerns. The property could definitely use some renovations but for the price and location it is worth the stay. And I would definitely be returning because of the service I received from the staff. Did not like be woke up by maintenance workers doing what sounded like feeding tree branches into a grinder... on a Saturday morning!
