"Vorteile und Nachteile."

Die Lage. Gratis Wasser. Mini Kühlschrank. Gutes Frühstück.

Tv hat gespinnt, Ventilator hat nicht richtig funktioniert ist am Ende nicht angegangen, keine Klima (was bei dem Preis schade ist).

"Voor een verblijf in Leuven is een hotel noodzakelijk en dan is een hotel in het centrum heel fijn"

De locatie van het hotel is geweldig, parkeren met korting in de Ladeuze garage is een prettige bijkomstigheid. Kamers zijn schoon en de bedden prima. Koelkastje op de kamer is een goede toevoeging.

Geen koffie/thee-faciliteit c.q. waterkoker, meubilair (buiten de bedden) nogal armoedig. Badkamerdeur piepte als een spookhuis. Beleid met handdoeken en zeep is sneu met milieu als excuus. De vloer in het ontbijtrestaurant kraakt zo erg dat je bijna niet rond durft te lopen vanwege het veroorzaakte lawaai. Ontbijtbuffet is goed, maar niets bijzonders. Veel meer gemiddeld hotel dan voorgesteld en daarom eigenlijk te duur.
