Clean room, nice neighborhood, easy access to transportation,

A little far from the center

The rooms were clean and adequate. Enjoyed the airconditioning, the location to restaurants and highways to historic attractions in Massachusetts.

Many of the guests at this locations were Scots fans for the World Cup. They were fun to be around. However, there didn't seem to be enough food for everyone at breakfasts. We were there from Tuesday June 9 through June 15th. The hotel ran out of selection of fruit, selection of breads, eggs and meats. Also, I was unaware that at this location, maid service and fresh linen were on request only basis.

The room was comfortable for our stay, clean, however no service of room on our anniversary day, June 6, not communicated policy prior to our booking anywhere. This dropped our rating substantially. The staff was exceptional at front desk, especailly Juli, who went above and beyond to assist up with navigating of train navigation

The lack of being informed of limited services until we were at location when we came back on our 10th anniversary night to have an uncleaned room, not pleased, went for services @ 10pm to accomodate with minimum of linens

Breakfast ok, location good (.7 miles from subway)

Tried to check in at 1a.m. (Flew into Logan airport from California). Was told the reservations had been erased at midnight (their standard operating procedure) and I had no reservation! While discussing my reservation, 2 other parties walked in to check in and were told they had no reservations. After much discussion, the desk operator tried to call both the manager and a co-worker but both calls went to recordings. The night manager said they had no listings of empty or full rooms so he could not give a room to any of us even though we all showed him our room reservations documents. The other 2 parties left for other hotels after arguing for 1-2 hours. I stayed and he finally gave me a room at 4 a.m.
