"Uncomfortable experience due to unkept conditions"

Located 15 walking minutes away from a metro station which is 30 minutes away from central Boston

The property is poorly maintained, and cleanliness was a major concern. We found live insects in our room and large accumulations of dead bugs in the common areas that appeared to have been left for a long time. The room itself had stained bed sheets, and there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling ventilation during our stay. The remote was sticky so we had to use a bag around it. I would not stay here again and would recommend future guests consider other options.
