"Disappointing"

Price online is 79.00 a night. I paid 462.00 for 2 nights. Found a roach on the toilet. Vending machine out of everything. Outdated place for the price. 79.00 is an ok price but was not honored.

"Pessimo"

La posizione vicino alla metro e il parcheggio

In 3 giorni di soggiorno non hanno mai pulito la camera neanche dietro mia richiesta. Non hanno svuotato i cestini ne’ cambiato asciugamani ( sono dovuta scendere alla reception e chiederli) colazione pessima in una stanza minuscola con pochi posti a sedere ( ho visto persone mangiare in ginocchio) , la cameriera non puliva nemmeno i tavoli e non riforniva le poche cose confezionate

La atención del personal, en especial de Jack quien es súper amable y siempre está tratando de ayudar con las preguntas requeridas acerca de transporte, restaurantes y servicios en las zonas cercanas.

Mucho ruido la primera noche proveniente del piso de arriba, muy pocas opciones de transporte que no sean Uber para llegar o salir del hotel.

"Someone canceled my confirmed reservation"

I had a confirmed reservation number But when I arrived (after a 6hour ride) I was told. My reservation was canceled I asked who canceled and or could I book another room the person at the desk yelled at me to get out and called the police I've never been treated like that I have stayed there for years with never an issue I'd like an explanation on why it was canceled when I had a confirmed reservation with my credit card and had multiple emails telling me they were looking forward to my arrival and what I could see in the area please don't let this email go unanswered for the time it took me to respond to your survey Thank you Michael bassett

"Just a stopover for our main destination. Would not go back to this hotel"

Breakfast was OK. Nice size bathroom. That's about all I can say good about this place.

The room was terrible. Wood flooring coming up and warped. Had to be careful not to hurt our feet. Holes in wall. Cobwebs on ceiling. Very noisy. Could hear the people in the room above us.
