Great boutique style hotel close to everything we wanted to do - Old Market, Baxter Arena, downtown, etc with great staff and wonderful valet service provided by Alex, McGuire, and Chavonni. Easy access to the highway too. Large room with extra large bathroom. Great lobby bar.

Location, decor, charm of an older building, renovated well, staff, and competitive pricing. Booking.com listed them and gave high ratings by others who stayed.

There is no heating in the bathroom. The tile floor was Stone cold. We ran the hot water in the shower to warm the bathroom up.

"No pool, watch your charges"

On google it really looks as though there is a beautiful pool and ballroom. There is not. My booking also said Breakfast is available. Well, it is... But be prepared to pay $20 for an omelette in their restaurant/bar. The room, especially the bathroom, was fantastic. Good view. Manager was amazing and attentive.

No free breakfast, no pool. Charges were wrong. Ended up charging me $39 more than I was supposed to! Then, I email the property and absolutely no response. Frustrating!

The customer service is amazing at the Peregrine from the front desk to the car valet to the bartenders and wait staff. Really great experience for my first time stay. The room was lovely and comfortable!
