The Peregrine Omaha Downtown Curio Collection By Hilton

Immaculate. Staff was outstanding. Hotel was quiet. Downstairs bar/restaurant really nice. Staff there was outstanding as well. Had someone playing piano and was a neat vibe.

Rooftop bar was a joke. It was small and hot and the bartenders were rude.

Nice clean rooms. Rooms are quiet, didn't hear anyone else. Nice bathrooms, bed was very comfortable.

No ice machine, no shuttle service. No complimentary breakfast

We just stayed 2 nights 2 rooms. We were charged twice. (That's almost $1000 with incidentals.) Once when I made the reservation once at check in. The property did their best to fix it. Still haven't received a refund of the second day. Hilton is a joke. They cannot help at all. Hung up on both my husband and I multiple times. Customer service agents do not communicate well. Have a problem calling me by my name. Have children playing in the background mocking them as we have a conversation. I am done with Hilton. Absolutely unacceptable.

Comfortable beds, great bathroom.

Very small room, went to happy hour at the bar- service was exceptionally slow, location is quite a walk from main downtown area.

The hotel restaurant and bar exceeded our expectation for food and beverage options and quality.

I like its location, which is ideal for being close to most main attractions such as the Old Market, Creighton University, Joselyn Museum, and Eppley Airport. I also want to highlight how courteous, hospitable, and friendly Melodie, who manages the reception area, is. She went beyond duty to make me feel at home at the hotel. I’d go back to stay just because of her.
