Clean, newly remodeled, good amenities. Friendly staff. Large TV with multiple viewing stations. Appreciated that shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was supplied. Breakfast options were included in price of room. Snacks and forgotten personal items were located near check-in desk and available for purchase. Room appeared clean and the sheets were comfortable. Ample towels. Good room and bathroom lighting. Room temperature wasveasily adjusted. Easy on, easy off Ohio Turnpike.

Bed needed a more sustantial mattress pad. Strong chemical smell that did not dissipate in room but staff said they only use environmentally friendly products.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, blackout shade was amazing, grateful for hot oatmeal with walnuts and raisins every morning.

The only thing I would change, swap out the dove products and supply something a little less toxic. I would also invest in smart TVs for the rooms.
