Hotel Les 3 Cles

Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Liked that they had a little step available for children to reach the basin in the bathroom. Kettle and fridge a bonus. The air conditioning was great. We ate in the restaurant. Had a lovely meal and the staff were so friendly attentive, they made it a 4 star experience. Would definitely stay again.

Il y avait des bestioles d’humidité dans ma chambre au -1 Les chambres au moins un , il y a beaucoup de bruit venant du rez de chaussée . C’était vraiment insupportable.

Zimmergröße Betten

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Unsere Kinder konnten nicht schlafen, weil das Zimmer völlig überhitzt war (Außentemperatur ca 32°) Der Preis ist hoch, wir erwarten entsprechend solide und zuverlässige Leistung. Diese konnte vom Hotel leider nicht erfüllt werden. Das Personal war nett, konnte aber nichts tun, da die Bauarbeiten nicht ausreichend fortgeschritten waren und das Hotel ausgebucht war. Wären wir nicht darauf angewiesen gewesen, an diesem Tag in Gembloux unterzukommen, hätten wir diesen Umstand nicht akzeptiert. Eigentlich ein Grund, das Geld für dieses Zimmer zurückzufordern....

malgré la circulation dense, l'insonorisation est très bien.

les travaux en cours car nous aurions aimé se reposer un peu l'après-midi et cela n'a pas été possible avec les personnes qui démontaient l'échaffaudage installé juste devant notre chambre un peu plus de lumière au niveau du miroir de la salle de bain serait un plus car la vue baisse :-)
