Red Lion Inn & Suites Post Falls

Wow what can you say about this hotel, I had a double room with two queen size beds! One of the queen size bed was on a king size frame and it was sticking out the other side. There was no refrigerator no microwave no blow dryer nor coffee pot in the room. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning walk to the office to see if I can get a cup of coffee and there was no coffee in the coffee pot totally disappointed. Needless to say I will no longer be staying at this hotel due to the poor conditions and the lack of pride that the owner should take in their property. But however it is conveniently located to the freeway/ with a convenient store next door. Did not stay long enough to have breakfast was a little disappointed that I didn't get a morning cup of coffee before I left the hotel.

I didn't like any of it, I had to go and ask for extra towels because they only gave you two bath towels for three people. I think they could do better

Worst breakfast ever

Dirty and rundown, room smelled funny, didn’t have adjoining rooms as promised. Paid for a 2 queen bed but didn’t get it, couldn’t get the extra 10.00 back. Staff rude. Couldn’t get a receipt from staff.

Ask for towels daily only got one set.

The breakfast bar was adequate; however, the waffle batter and syrup ran out while we were trying to have breakfast and it didn't seem like anyone was monitoring it during the breakfast hours to make sure it stayed stocked.

I am not sure if the sheets had been changed on the beds, one of the beds had sand in it that I had to try to brush off before getting into bed.

I liked that the price for a two night stay was affordable in comparison to other hotels in the area.

They did not ask for ID or any vehicle info when I checked in. The side doors to the hotel were always left unlocked to the public. There was a man clearly living out of his car in the parking lot who constantly had his dog off leash. Other tenant walked around the inside and outside of hotel with their dog off leash. And we woke up to a woman screaming and accusing her partner of stealing her dog.

When I pulled back my bed there was a dirty tissue in my bed. Housekeeping never came by so I had to clean my own room and change my bed. They only give you 2 towels, 1 washcloth and 2 foot towels and we had 4 people in our room.
