Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Mängellisten per E-Mail wurden aufgenommen und versprochen zu beheben.

Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. In allen Ecken ist Schimmel zu finden, feuchte Wände und Kakerlaken. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Es ist extrem laut und die Möbel sind schon sehr abgenutzt und das Sofa ist als 3. Bett nicht brauchbar. Die Wohnung liegt im Ghetto. Wenn man rauskommt, hat man ein sehr sozial schwaches Umfeld und viele Obdachlose und Trinker. Wenn man 5 Minuten geht, ist man im Zentrum und alles ist wieder gut. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es kein Fenster das zu öffnen ist. Das bedeutet man lebt in einem Zimmer, das nicht gelüftet werden kann. Das ist sehr beklemmend.

L'appartamento è letteralmente sotto la strada, impossibile aprire le finestre. Locali un po' freddi. Le foto sono probabilmente state fatte tanti anni fa, dunque gli oggetti sono usurati e gli ambienti invecchiati. Il bagno minuscolo non ha neppure una mensola per appoggiare le cose personali. Scarafaggi presenti.

La ubicación: barrio ruidoso, no apto para salir de noche y sucio. En la habitación había dos cucarachas.

Agradável, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia de fim de semana. Sem barulhos do exterior, com estacionamento e com muitos restaurantes perto. Café e chá de cortesia; casa com os eletrodomésticos necessários.

Estaba relativamente bien situado.

Tenía un serio problema de cucarachas. El dueño nos ofreció hacer un tratamiento estando alojados pero eso evidentemente no es una opción. Esas cosas se hacen con el alojamiento vacío. Tuvimos que comprar insecticida y todos los días al volver encontrábamos varias cucarachas muertas y algunas vivas. El sofá cama no tiene colchón de modo que se duerme directamente sobre una tabla.

Was a decent place to stay for a few nights if you like the alfama area very close to the St George's castle. Was clean and easy self check in. As you see in the pictures

The bed was very comfy, the towels were nice. Shower was good . I only used the fridge and kettle but the kitchen was reasonably equipped.

It's a very noisy street, as a solo traveller I didn't feel particularly safe, loud noise outside all night long from the local people. The apartment is at ground level, it was extremely hot inside, the fans help but are also noisy if used overnight, could not have the windows open as that also increased the noise and felt unsafe. The door doesn't double lock. Lots of rubbish in the streets. The apartment needs a deep clean.

The place was completely unsafe to stay. I traveled with my daughter. The apartment is in the basement. It smelled moldy. We opened the windows and noticed that anybody could climb in. The windows were on street level. We therefore moved to another hotel.
